Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases on ColorPress are non-refundable. Once a ZIP bundle is purchased, you receive immediate access to download the files. We cannot verify whether files have been downloaded, copied, or used after purchase.

This applies to:

• ZIP bundle purchases
• Credit plan purchases
• All one-time payments

We provide preview images on every bundle page so you know exactly what you are getting. We recommend reviewing the previews, page count, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

If you have questions about a bundle before buying, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (corrupted ZIP, missing files, or download errors), please contact us with your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund if the underlying product was delivered successfully.
