    ColorPress Standard Commercial License

    This page defines permitted asset usage, commercial print rights, and redistribution restrictions for ColorPress files.

    This product is licensed, not sold.

    By downloading or purchasing assets from ColorPress, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the assets under the terms below. All copyrights remain the property of ColorPress.

    You May

    • Use assets for personal coloring, crafts, and home activities
    • Use assets in classrooms, therapy sessions, and educational settings
    • Print and sell physical coloring books, worksheets, posters, and activity pages
    • Include assets in printed product lines for commercial sale
    • Modify, crop, recolor, or resize assets for your final printed products
    • Produce unlimited physical copies of finished products (Lite, Pro, and Ultra plans only, subject to plan limits)

    You May Not

    • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the digital files (PNG, AVIF, ZIP) in any form
    • Share your download links or give files to others
    • Upload assets to stock marketplaces, free download sites, or competing platforms
    • Use assets as logos, trademarks, or brand identity elements
    • Redistribute ZIP bundles or individual files, even if modified
    • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or bulk-download assets
    • Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork

    ZIP Bundle Terms

    ZIP bundles are one-time purchases.

    You are granted lifetime licensed access to download the bundle from your Orders page.

    • Each bundle may be downloaded up to 2 times per day per bundle
    • Download limits reset daily and exist to prevent abuse
    • Files inside ZIP bundles are licensed identically to individual images
    • You may print and sell physical products made from them
    • You may not redistribute the digital files in any form

    Free Plan Restrictions

    Assets downloaded under the Free plan are licensed for:

    • Personal use only
    • Educational or classroom use without commercial intent

    You may not:

    • Sell printed products
    • Use assets in client work
    • Use assets in commercial publishing (KDP, Etsy, etc.)

    Termination

    Violation of these terms automatically terminates your license without refund. ColorPress reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse downloads or violate license terms.
