ColorPress Standard Commercial License
What you can do with ColorPress files, what you can't, and how it works for printed products and bundles.
This product is licensed, not sold.
By downloading or purchasing assets from ColorPress, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the assets under the terms below. All copyrights remain the property of ColorPress.
You May
- Use assets for personal coloring, crafts, and home activities
- Use assets in classrooms, therapy sessions, and educational settings
- Print and sell physical coloring books, worksheets, posters, and activity pages
- Include assets in printed product lines for commercial sale
- Modify, crop, recolor, or resize assets for your final printed products
- Produce unlimited physical copies of finished products (Lite, Pro, and Ultra plans only, subject to plan limits)
You May Not
- Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the digital files (PDF) in any form
- Share your download links or give files to others
- Upload assets to stock marketplaces, free download sites, or competing platforms
- Use assets as logos, trademarks, or brand identity elements
- Redistribute bundles or individual files, even if modified
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or bulk-download assets
- Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork
Bundle Terms
Bundles are one-time purchases.
You are granted lifetime licensed access to download the bundle from your Orders page.
- Each bundle may be downloaded up to 2 times per day per bundle
- Download limits reset daily and exist to prevent abuse
- Files inside bundles are licensed identically to individual pages
- You may print and sell physical products made from them
- You may not redistribute the digital files in any form
Free Plan Restrictions
Assets downloaded under the Free plan are licensed for:
- Personal use only
- Educational or classroom use without commercial intent
You may not:
- Sell printed products
- Use assets in client work
- Use assets in commercial publishing (KDP, Etsy, etc.)
Termination
Violation of these terms automatically terminates your license without refund. ColorPress reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse downloads or violate license terms.
Licensing FAQ
Can I use these in a coloring book I sell on KDP?
Yes. Paid plans and bundle purchases include commercial rights for physical printed books, including KDP titles, under the license terms.
Can I sell the digital pages?
No. The raw files can't be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or uploaded to any marketplace or download site.
Do I have to credit ColorPress?
No. Attribution isn't required unless a separate written agreement says so.
Can I use the files in client work?
Yes, for the printed end products allowed by your plan or bundle license — as long as you don't hand the raw files to the client.
Can I modify, crop, or recolor pages?
Yes. You can adapt the artwork inside your own design tool. Just don't redistribute the source files.
Can I upload the files to Etsy, Gumroad, or Creative Fabrica?
No. The original files can't be resold or redistributed on any digital marketplace or competing asset platform.
Are bundle pages licensed differently from single pages?
No. Same rules — fine for printed end products, not for redistributing the raw files.
